Handling 30 orders a day on a WhatsApp group or spreadsheet created by logistics companies or self-delivery agents was overwhelming and time-consuming. Even the more advanced options required me to create my own spreadsheet. I searched social media and even asked friends for better solutions, but it seemed like this was the industry standard.
